I interview applicants in my own home. This allows me to experience first hand what it would feel like having a Super Sitter arrive to take care of my own children.
I believe this is one of the main reasons my sitters are so well liked and accepted into so many different homes and situations.

| Do you have male and female nannies? |
Yes, with a verity of experience from infant to teens, interests from art to snowboarding.

| May we meet with our nanny before the appointment? |
At your request, we can arrange for your sitter to give you a call.If you prefer to meet your sitter in person, you will need to include the additional time in your reservation.
If you would like to meet her before her first scheduled time,and she is available,there is a $30 fee.

| May we stay out as late as we wish? |
Absolutely!! If the sitters agrees, she may have another job to go to or personal plans. Please call and confirm directly with the nanny if you are going to be over 30 minutes late

| How do you determine the number of nannies for each appointment? |
The ages of the children determine the number of nannies required. Nannies are hand-selected for each appointment to ensure the safety and well being of your children. As each appointment merits different circumstance, I will be happy to work with you to determine your specific child care need.

| Will your nannies take our children on activities? |
Yes, we love to share all this valley has to offer with you and your children. Let us come along with you and your family or give us written permission to take the children on our own.

| How long have you been in business. |
I personally have been in the child care industry in Sun Valley since I moved here in 1969. I started sending Super Sitters in 1996

| Where do you offer your services? |
Our services are available in Hailey, Ketchum, Elkhorn, Warm Springs, and the Boise area.
I have arranged for sitters to go on vacations to ski with children all over the country. Also I have had clients take my sitters back with them to their homes for both short and long term stays.

If notified in advance and a nanny is available.
Hours, Deposits & Cancellations

| Do you need exact times to book? |
This is one of the hardest tasks for my clients. Please go to the EXTENDED CARE page, I developed it just for this purpose.
Signing a contract for extended care-5 consecutive days or longer-allows you the freedom to change the schedule daily.
If you are not using extended care then yes exact arrival times and locations are required for a reservation.

| May we change the start time of our appointment? |
If you must change arranged start time and your nanny is avalible, I will be happy to arrange that change for a $8.00 fee, charged on your credit card.

| What is your cancellation policy? |
If you cancel your reservation at any time for any reason, you forfeit your deposit for the day you cancel (regardless of how far in advance of or close to your reservation)Please see our TERMS

| If we cancel our appointment way in advance, can we get our deposit refunded? |
No, your deposit guarantees you a nanny for each appointment.

| May we transfer our deposit to another day if we cancel our appointment? |
No, your deposit covers the cost of setting individual appointments and hand-selecting each nanny.

| What if I have to cancel at the last minute? |
If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time the full time will be charge to card. If I can replace the job for the nanny then only the deposit will be charged.

Children and Altitiude

| My baby is breast fed only. Is this a problem? |
Please leave explicit instructions for your nanny. If your baby becomes uncomfortable, your nanny will call you in to feed. Plase let Super Sitters know before you arrive, so we can arrange the proper nanny.

| Does the altitude affect my baby? |
Yes, it can. Our area ranges between 5400 and 6000 feet. Babies can get very gaseous and uncomfortable and aquire painful ear aches for the first 24 to 48 hrs. Please consult with your pediatrician before arrival.

| Does the altitude affect my older children? |
Yes, but not always. Altitiude sickness can hamper a vacation quickly. Drink plenty of water before arrival and after, avoid soft drinks, caffeine, sugar, and get plenty of rest.
